Flipped Professional Development: The Ripening

“Flipped PD” was an innovative program initiated in the 2011-2012 school year in Stillwater. During the 2012-2013 school year, this program was expanded to include all the elementary schools. Modeled after the flipped classroom, this unique approach to professional development uses a combination of online and face-to-face training.
