This workshop is for beginners, naysayers and casual users of social media who want to learn authentic, legitimate educational uses of connectors such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Foursquare, Yelp and Edmodo. See how social media can enhance classroom instruction, project-based learning and, personal learning networks. Participants will see dozens of real-world examples in practice and will have ample time to create accounts and begin professional networking.
